Can I just say how proud I am of this one? Not only did I have a lot of fun with the lighting, but this is the first decent raptor head I've been able to draw without using a reference. Yay!Was headed to bed the other night and this guy walked in around midnight, so I did a quick base sketch because I liked the idea of the pose and everything....and yeah, I'm sure you get it. Drawn with a .7 mech pencil and a 4B graphite pencil for the darker areas. You can probably see that the scanner left that lovely dark strip along the left side there.....it was not my doing :)
