Got it finished! This one was easy to do and very fun because of the cloudy look. Had a lot of fun with lighting, too.I used a custom brush to do the majority of the clouds, since the canvas I was working on was 2200x1300 pixels, so you can imagine how small the standard brushes seem at that point. I did use some smudging on the clouds as well, though not as much as I thought I might have to.
Ah, that's great!! It has a great feel to it, and the lighting and bg are spectacular. The coloring looks so familiar. I tried looking up poison dart frogs but the closest I could find was the one with the yellow on its head and body and blue on its hands and feet. I'm not sure what kind of frog you based it off of, either.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yeah, I wondered if it was some kind of morph of a more familiar species. I had found pictures of one with very similar coloring, but with yellow in place of orange. Still very pretty.
